Graduated in 1985 from Universidad Autnoma de San Luis Potos, Mxico as Agriculture Engineer. 23 years of experience in the manufacturing and plant management for the automobile industry. Manufacturing consultant for a Japanese company. Kaizen, JIT, TPS, Kan Ban , 5 Ss and some other manufacturing philosophies have been used with success results. Quality systems implementations as ISO-9001, QS-9000 , ISO-14000 and TS 16949. Invited speaker to different local forums ; Rotary Club, Northeast University Matamoros, Economical Development Committee in Matamoros. Co founder VP for the first Manufacturing Association at Tamaulipas (state) , Mxico. Co founder VP for COIMA, manufacturing plant for insulation covers.
