Meet speaker: Seshasai Kandrakota

Seshasai is the Global Head of Energy downstream business for Tata Consultancy Services, based in India. Seshasai is a Mechanical Engineer and has a Post Graduate diploma in Operations Management. He has 18 years of experience in the oil, gas and petrochemical industries.
Seshasai has held responsible positions in the Refineries and Petrochemical plants and managed Performance management of the same, apart from handling Operations & Maintenance of Utilities in the initial phase of his career, prior to joining TCS.
Seshasai has experience in providing business process improvements encompassing refinery optimisation in line with market economics, business drivers and key performance indicators, identification and capturing lost opportunities, refinery wide planning & scheduling, hydrocarbon margin improvement, and materials management. Seshasai also has good hold on ERP packages, especially SAP and Oil Accounting tools. He managed multiple programs in this space.
